Smooth, vanilla, chocolate. Rounded. Beautiful balance. Finish: Appetizing bitterness. Rounded pear. Faint salt. Quick warmth.

Highland Park – John Scott 42 year

Assertive and quite intense, with an initial dryness developing into a rich sherried sweetness. Some honey, a spiciness and generous, warming spirit. A rich and mouth-filling finish with medium-sweetness, creamy, juicy, good spirit, well-balance, and tremendous length. Cask No. 6282; bottle No. 52/190
