Due to the most recent Covid-19 restrictions we can no longer take any evening bookings until 26th October. Residents can still dine with us after 6 pm but cannot be served alcohol.
We will be be serving lunches from 12 pm – 1.35 pm and Afternoon teas from 2.30 pm – 4 pm every day of the week. We will no longer be selling alcohol due to the recent restrictions.
Bookings are essential due to having limited numbers in the restaurant.
We can only take a maximum of 6 people per table this must consist of only 2 households. Any table bookings over 6 people will be split into separate tables which can consist of 2 households per table.
When entering, a staff member will meet & greet you and escort you straight to your table. Please note that the Residents lounge and bar area are for residents only due to Covid-19 restrictions.
We’ve been working hard to follow all the guidelines and have new procedures in place to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff.
Please wash your hands frequently and use the hand sanitisers provided around the hotel.
Our staff will be wearing face masks during service and we ask that customers wear face masks whilst entering the restaurant, leaving the table to use the bathrooms and when exiting the restaurant.
We also advise guests staying in the hotel to wear face masks whilst moving around the hotel and that they use the bathroom in their room.
Around the hotel and restaurant there is a 1 metre social distancing policy and we kindly ask that you follow this and the signage provided. Staff will be able to provide any advice or guidance if needed.
If you develop symptoms of Covid-19 during your stay. Please immediately self-isolate in your room and use the phone to contact staff to make them aware. Staff will contact NHS Inform. We can still provide cleaning products and linens to your door but staff will not enter. On the day you can depart please open your windows to ventilate the room.
